Ever since the start of the free market in Poland in 1989, Hand-Prod has had a significant impact on the development of the medical sector. More than two decades ago two enterprising men founded Hand-Prod, which was one of the first private medical companies in Poland.

Medical University of Bialystok is a public school founded in 1950. Its seat is in the former Branicki Palace, a historic building from the 18th century, the most magnificent and precious historic building in Bialystok.
